Red, garnet, deep color. Fine and persistent bouquet of ripe red fruit and a pleasant herbaceous note in the finish. Warm, enveloping palate with good alcohol structure. Well balanced by acidity and tannins. Pairs well with stews, roasts, feathered game.
It is served at a temperature of 18° C.
The recommended tasting glass is wide balon.
