Bright ruby red color with violet hues. Fresh and fragrant aromas of red fruits, fresh medium-bodied taste supported by good acidity. Best drunk immediately. Perfect paired with pasta and beans, vegetable soups, raw and grilled meats.
It is served at a temperature of 18° C.
The recommended tasting glass is of medium size.
