Intense ruby red color with violet hues. Fresh and intense aroma of cherry and raspberry, dry persistent full-bodied and pleasantly effervescent taste. Goes well with charcuterie boards, cotechino and mixed boiled meats.
It is served at a temperature of 14°/16° C.
The recommended tasting glass is of medium size.
