Mild straw yellow color with greenish highlights. Aromatic aromas typical of ‘grape from white peach and sage, sweet but never cloying taste, well balanced by good acidity. Goes well with leavened pastries and cream puffs.
It is served at a temperature of 6/8° C.
The recommended tasting glass is the aromatic wine goblets.
