Intense golden yellow color, lively and crystal clear. Intense and persistent bouquet with hints of pineapple, grapefruit and yellow flowers with pleasant mineral nuances. The taste is full and elegant, with great balance and intensity that evolves with time. Pairs well with “Montebore” cheese, white meats, fresh pasta dishes and Timorasso risotto.
It is served at a temperature of 12° C.
The recommended tasting glass is of medium size.
