Intense and bright straw yellow color, taking on golden hues with age. Intense and elegant bouquet with fruity and citrus scents, fresh in youth, evolving into pleasant mineral and fruit notes. Matures over time. Warm and structured palate with good persistence and well balanced by the right acidity and minerality. Recommended pairings are savory pies, cheese risottos, structured and savory fish dishes, medium-aged cheeses and vegetable flans.
It is served at a temperature of 12° C.
