Intense ruby red color with Violet reflections.

Fresh and intense aroma of cherry and raspberry, persistent dry taste of body and pleasantly effervescent.

It goes well with cold cuts, cotechino and Mixed boiled meats.

Served at a temperature of 14/ / 16 C

The recommended glass for tasting is medium-sized.
