Intense golden yellow color, lively and crystalline.

Intense and persistent aroma with hints of pineapple, grapefruit and yellow flowers with pleasant mineral nuances.

The taste is full and elegant, with great balance and intensity that evolves over time. It goes well with “Montebore ” cheese, white meats, fresh pasta dishes and timorasso risotto.

Served at a temperature of 12 C

The recommended glass for tasting is medium-sized.
