Fine and persistent aroma of ripe red fruit and a pleasant herbaceous note in the finish. Warm and enveloping taste with good alcoholic structure.

Well balanced by acidity and tannins.

It goes well with stews, roasts, feathered game.

Serve at a temperature of 18 C
