Intense and bright straw yellow color, it takes on Golden reflections with aging.

Intense and elegant aroma with fruity and citrus scents, fresh in youth, which evolves into pleasant mineral and fruit notes.

Matures over time. Taste warm and structured with good persistence and well balanced by the right acidity and minerality.

The recommended pairings are savory pies, cheese risotto, structured fish dishes and sauces, medium-aged cheeses and vegetable flan.

Serve at a temperature of 12 C

The recommended glass for tasting is medium-sized.
