Red, garnet, deep color. Fine and persistent aroma of ripe red fruit and a pleasant herbaceous note on the finish. Warm, enveloping taste with good alcoholic structure. Well balanced by acidity and tannins. It goes well with stews, roasts, and feathered game. It is served at a temperature of 18° C. The recommended glass for tasting is wide balon.
