MAGNUM

Intense and bright straw yellow color, takes on golden hues with aging. Intense and elegant bouquet with fruity and citrus scents, fresh in youth, evolving into pleasant mineral and fruit notes. Matures over time. Warm and structured palate with good persistence and well balanced by proper acidity and minerality. Recommended pairings are savory pies, cheese risottos, structured and savory fish dishes, medium-aged cheeses, and vegetable flans. It is served at a temperature of 12° C. The recommended tasting glass is of medium size.

Vinification process.
